We had a fantastic time with our three young kids, enjoying various activities like the Pirate Day and Magic Show. The kids loved the thrill of the treasure hunt, and the tennis club was an exciting highlight with fun lessons.

In my wife's opinion, the kids' club could be improved with more engaging activities for younger children.

I really enjoyed my stay in a junior suite, which offered stunning views and was just a short walk away from the beautiful Alameda Park, perfect for a stroll, and only about 600 meters from the King Abdul Aziz Al Saud Mosque, which was impressive to visit during my explorations. however, the hotel could improve on room service consistency as it varied from day to day.

Good breakfast with friendly staff, but mobility access was very challenging with stairs everywhere.

Had an awesome time! The breakfast had tons of options, loved seeing all those fresh blueberries. The room was spacious and comfy. The only bummer was the shower needed a good scrub, but otherwise, it was all good vibes. Oh, and make sure to book the restaurants in advance. they're pretty popular!

Unfortunately, the tennis club required an additional fee for play, which felt unjust for a premium hotel. Plus, the gym closing earlier than expected limited my workout options during our stay.

The extensive dining options include top-notch restaurants like Nobu, offering a variety of cuisines all set amidst beautifully landscaped gardens. The unique walking paths create a lively yet tranquil atmosphere, making it easy to explore the stunning grounds, which features over twenty different tree species and waterfalls.

Housekeeping didn't meet expectations, with inconsistencies in cleaning times and quality, which can disrupt the overall experience. Some rooms come with interconnecting doors, allowing too much noise from neighboring guests, particularly if families with children are in the adjacent units. I was also left wanting more from the beach service. not being offered a drink while lounging felt like a miss for a resort of this caliber.

The hotel’s stunning Andalusian architecture and beautiful gardens made my stay truly uplifting. I appreciated the well-maintained pathways that facilitated easy walking, allowing me to explore the resort comfortably, even as a senior.

The service was top notch they even had a sterilizer for our baby's bottles which was unexpected and handy.

The staff was attentive, promptly assisting me with any technical needs and ensuring my work environment was comfortable. Dining options on-site offered diverse and quality meals, which were conducive for business meetings.
